Tickets can be sent to you by mail, or collected at the venue.
FEES
For tickets above $20, a Booking & Handling Fee of S$2 per ticket is charged. For tickets $20 and below, you pay a Booking & Handling Fee of $1 per ticket.
Note: for delivery of tickets by mail or collection at the venue, an additional $1 mailing fee is added to your total bill. You only have to pay the mailing fee ONCE per order, regardless of how many tickets are in that order.
Important Note
Online bookings close 6 hours before showtime, but you can still buy tickets from SAM kiosks or SingPost Post Offices. Some shows may have tickets available at the door - to be absolutely sure, please call the Gatecrash hotline at 6100-2005 for assistance.

3. Buy AT S.A.M. KIOSKS ISLANDWIDE
The familiar looking S.A.M (Self-service Automated Machines) are available islandwide at all MRT stations, countless shopping malls, near your home and workplace.
Each S.A.M will guide you with onscreen instructions to buy tickets and the best seats will be automatically allocated to you based on availability.
When you are at a S.A.M, press the button for "BOOK/PAY FOR TICKETS", then select the Gatecrash logo.

RECEIVING TICKETS
The S.A.M kiosk will print your receipt ticket(s) at the end of your transaction. The receipt(s) is your actual ticket for admission.
FEES
For tickets above $20, a Booking & Handling Fee of S$2 per ticket is charged. For tickets $20 and below, you pay a Booking & Handling Fee of $1 per ticket. No additional mailing fees are charged for S.A.M tickets.

4. BUY FROM SINGPOST POST OFFICES
You can get Gatecrash tickets from the same SingPost Post Office counter where you already do many postal, payment and other regular errands. The best seats will be automatically allocated to you based on availability. Find SingPost Branches.

RECEIVING TICKETS
The Post Office will print your receipt ticket(s) at the end of your transaction. The receipt(s) is your actual ticket for admission.

5. BUY FROM THE SUBSTATION
You can get Gatecrash tickets from The Substation box office at 45 Armenian Street. Founded in 1990 by the late Kuo Pao Kun, The Substation is Singapore's first independent contemporary arts centre. www.substation.org.
